Speedy supercar models are always the dream of many people, but not everyone can own them because of the expensive price. To satisfy the dream of owning a supercar, a group of young people in Quang Ninh simulated a Bugatti Chiron on the basis of an old, cheap car.
The leader of the group is Vu Duc Sang (born in 1998) and his associates Vu Van Loi (born in 1984), Dinh Duc Hung and Vu Van Nam both born in 2001. This group is known for the YouTube channel Nhat TV with more than 1 million registrations.
According to Vu Van Nam, this Bugatti Chiron simulation project started from March 2021, so far it has been almost a year. Initially, the team measured the size of the details of the toy model car and then multiplied it to scale to sketch the car.
To create the body of the car, the team went through many stages such as shaping with clay, creating a plaster mold...
After that, the team made the shape for the body of the clay car. Next is the process of making molds with plaster and then casting the body with fiberglass and composite glue. After completing the body, the new team began to make the frame based on the size of the body.
Usually, the process starts from creating the frame and then to the body. Since the whole team had no expertise in this area, the process had to be done in reverse. After completing the body, the team started to paint the car. The "handmade" Bugatti Chiron is covered in 2 tones of black and blue typical of the original.

To complete the exterior, details such as front and rear lights and wheels are indispensable. The front light cluster was ordered online, the wheels of HRE while the taillights stretched were made by the whole team. The interior is still a work in progress.
In terms of transmission, this "supercar" uses the 1.6L capacity engine of the 1998 Toyota Corolla. The requirements of this "fake" Chiron only stop at rolling, so the young group does not focus too much on power. .
